From 16 to 20 January 2026, Bindi will be exhibiting at SIGEP – The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence, the leading event for professionals in the gelato, pastry, bakery and coffee sectors, held in Rimini.
SIGEP 2026 will be a particularly significant occasion for Bindi: in addition to presenting its 2026 product innovations, the trade fair will provide the opportunity to celebrate the brand’s 80th anniversary, a milestone that reflects a journey built on quality, passion and a constant ability to evolve in the world of desserts.
At the Bindi stand, visitors will be able to discover new offerings developed to meet the needs of an ever-changing market, while keeping excellence in taste and the reliability that have always distinguished the brand at the core. Innovation, research and careful selection of raw materials continue to guide the development of Bindi’s foodservice range.
Alongside the new products, ample space will be dedicated to the Bindi Great Classics, the cakes that have made the history of Italian and international pastry. A wide selection from which to choose desserts for the menu, available both whole and pre-sliced, designed to meet the diverse needs of the foodservice industry with practicality and consistent quality.
